Applying for a job that I would literally cry for days if I got. Chances are slim but no harm in trying!

What happened to us? You know? …I don’t know who I am anymore. Or how I got here. I miss who I used to be.

Peyton Sawyer

I wish I had never been born, I wish I’d never come here. I wish I had never grown to love Thornfield. I love Thornfield, I love it because I have lived a full life; I have not been trampled on. I have been treated as an equal! You have treated me as an equal. You are the best person I know and I cannot bare the thought of having to leave you.

krrnrose:

English major nerding out to this movie. This movie is BEAUTIFUL and poignant and true to the book (close enough anyway. Actually the differences bug me but what can you do.) Mr. Rochester is clearly waaaay too attractive than he should be, but I am not really complaining about that. The dialogue is almost spot on with the book which I, of course, love. I recommend to anyone to enjoyed the book.

Have you seen the 2006 BBC adaptation? As good as the 2011 one was, the 2006 is far superior.. about 4/5 hours long (split into episodes). If you’ve not you definitely should.
